What is the best experience you have had in the United States?

Abhinand, India
One of the best experiences has just been just meeting new people and being able to travel, because like this summer, for example, I went across California and then I got to also go to New York, Boston, Philadelphia, and it was really nice just meeting different kinds of people.

Stanislaw, Bulgaria
The experience that I have which is most beneficial and enjoyable for me is all the people that I met here. I have made a lot of friends and that's something that you cannot buy. Moreover, those are people from different countries and different cultures which makes it even more interesting. We share all those cultures and we learn from each other. So, I would say the greatest experience here in the United States so far is all the friends that I've met and all the knowledge that I acquired about different cultures and stuff like that.

Mia, Finland
The American culture is a multicultural. There is people from everywhere in the whole world, and I love that actually. That's what I love because you can meet people from you name it. It's very nice. And bring together our thoughts and interact with people. I would never gotten that much of an opportunity back home because it's a smaller country and not that many people really come to Sweden.

Patrik, Sweden
Of course, it's my college experience, meeting people from all over the world. Meeting a girlfriend who is from Japan. It's a funny thing, when you come here from Europe, it's so distinct what European culture is, what Scandinavian culture, what British culture is like. American culture is a mix of everything. I mean, it's African American, it's Asian, it's a little Native American, it's European. Here it's so much more diverse, so you meet people from Japan, Latin America...So you get so many more inputs, influences, so many more new ideas. It opens your mind.

Xiaoxue, China
I have made a lot of friends from different cultures. For instance, I have a Japanese friend, I have a Swedish friend, I have a Russian friend, an American friend, of course, and an Indian friend, a Pakistani friend, and an African friend, and a South American friend. So, they're from all over the world.

It has to be meeting people. In China, I can only meet mostly just Chinese people or maybe a few Japanese or other Asian people. Here you can meet all kinds of people - people from Mexico, Europe, India, etc. I have a lot of international friends over here.
